Café 53 was a scheme for a casual restaurant in an industrial area of Melbourne’s north. Working hand-in-hand with the client, Jaywarden were able to devise a master plan for the hospitality equipment required in the café, as well as more particular requirements (Toilet arrangements). Important in the carrying out of this project was the creation of an atmosphere for customers, along with the functional & speedy operation of staff. Jaywarden were also commissioned to provide building permit drawings for this project, which have been received positively by council.
