BUTLER ST EXTENSION

This project was, to build an infill home office extension at the very rear of the backyard space - A studio area for the client’s spouse who works in shoe production.  This  allowed an upper, screened extension of private open space on the property, alleviating the current lack of space in the existing dwelling. The infill engages an edgy design, elevating the value and architectural standing of the property.  The lower studio level embraces much natural daylight, with direct visual links to an adjoining garden. The crowning upper level lead to an enjoyable and flexible private open space - aimed for client's leisure.
