We were involved in the town planning documentation of the Terrace House, working closely with the City of Port Philip Council. This property was transformed with a rear extension, an abundance of glazing to the North, allowing optimal intake of natural lighting into the previously dim internals. The design aims to blend a contemporary living space within a historically sensitive site. The existing floorboards and interior touches of its Victorian origin were retained, with a new features installed, such as a modern kitchen space and intriguing false ceiling for further light penetration.
