Modification to the existing single storey brick veneer home in Pascoe Vale involved an extension along the Southern boundary, whilst adhering with the neighborhood character. This entire rear extension was raised above the existing car porch for semi-outdoor, multifunctional use, as a response to site/property restraints and client ideals. The timber cladding and screened louvers shade this region and soften the mass along the streetscape.
